  Pensala Shop Terms and Conditions of Sale: Returns - All sales are final on Evening Wear and other individual items unless specified. Returns for items sold to U.S. and international purchasers are allowed only as identified and specified on the Pensala Shop web site at the time of purchase. Purchasers are responsible for return postage and any additional customs or tax charges to the Pensala Shop. All items allowed to be returned must be returned within three days of receipt. Taxes - Purchasers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, sales taxes or similar taxes on purchases from the Pensala Shop. Taxable items are identified and taxes are included as separate line items in the total cost calculation where applicable. Confidentiality - All purchaser information provided to the Pensala Shop will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties, except for any legally required disclosures. PayPal - PayPal is the designated method of payment for purchases from the Pensala Shop, unless otherwise agreed. Other payment methods may be mutually agreed upon based on purchasers' credit and purchase history. All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars and payments shall be made in U.S. Dollars. Authenticity - The Pensala Shop has purchased all items from International and Domestic reputable dealers and other sellers and all items are authentic designer items as designated in the description. Pre-Owned Items - The Pensala Shop carries New and Used items. Unless otherwise stated, all items were previously owned and/or Vintage and will be shipped in "like new" condition. Sizes and Measurements - Sizes and measurements of items will be disclosed by the Pensala Shop per each item's product labeling and additional measurements as indicated. Purchasers are solely responsible for determining whether items will fit the intended wearer.
